No, you definitely should! We'll evaluate where you're physically at right now, plus ease you back into activity with excellent, professional coaching over the four sessions. You'll come out with great insight into where you stand with your current health and performance, and have a starting point to move forward with clarity and confidence!
We'll complete your Lifelong Athlete Scorecard and then briefly meet with you, (in-person or over a Zoom call), to discuss your strengths, your weak links, and where you should apply your focus in your current and future exercise programs.
That's up to you! We'll give you exercise recommendations that you can do anywhere, as well as show you which program pathways inside Athlon would work to close the gap between your goals and your current abilities.
This assessment is a great place to start! Over 10–14 days, you’ll complete 4 guided workouts—each designed to meet you at your level while quietly assessing your abilities across Athlon’s 5 Pillars of Lifelong Athletic Development. At the end, you’ll receive your personalized Lifelong Athlete Scorecard, ranking your performance in each pillar. It’s your starting point to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Ongoing personal training programs can vary quite a bit, depending on which options you choose and what's best for you. Generally, we have packages ranging anywhere from $180 to $600 per month.
